FAQ's
Question 1: If I order today, when will I receive my package?
Answer 1: Shipping will vary by state. As a rule of thumb, shipping will be anywhere from 2-5 business days. Orders placed before 3pm Monday through Friday will ship out on the same day.
Question 2: I received the wrong item in my order, how can I exchange it?
Answer 2: If you receive an item you did not order, it is very important that you do not open this item. Health policies set in place will prevent us from taking any return on items that have already been open. We will provide a shipping label for wrong items sent so they can be returned and we will ship out the correct item.
Question 3: I received a notification that my package is on it's way. It's been more than 5 days and it still hasn't arrived. Where is it?
Answer 3: If you believe your package is either lost or stolen, please contact us via email at "contact@casadulceusa.com" with your order number. We will have one of our associates contact you to get some more details and file a claim.
